Welcome to vegguns.com! Tired of the false dichotomy between vegetarianism and the anti-firearms position? Are you respectful of sentient life and willing to use legitimate force to protect it? Targeting a cruelty-free lifestyle that accommodates routine fun target shooting? You've come to the right place! Basically, the links (including affiliate links) and info here reflect what we previously had trouble finding given vegetarian gun-enthusiasm being a small niche. We hope you find useful this small link/info collection of items we've enjoyed in transitioning to vegetarianism!
Elite Survival IWB
Advantages to this style of single-clip holsters (no Nancy Pelosi, we're not talking about magazines) is that these can be put on and taken off with relative ease. It's made of quilted ballistic nylon with a steel clip fitting belt sizes up to 2.25 inches. It does take some practice to get on given the tension in the metal clip and the necessity to get nicely aligned with both belt and pants, but it is much easier to get quickly on versus the multiclip holsters. For those who are so inclined, it is relatively trivial to take off the holster to re-holster the firearm, before then re-attaching it. Another advantage to these type of holsters is their low profile vs. the double-clip holsters or those that use harder-material shells. This makes it easier to conceal with respect to their profile, less likely to poke you, and easier to fit into small storage spaces when taken off (i.e. easier to store in the holster in e.g. car consoles). These holsters appear quite durable, with us not appreciating any clear wear at the ~2 yr timeline. Disadvantages include that retention is only set via belt tightness, and the position of the holster cannot be adjusted (e.g. pant-depth or cant). Some find it is harder to re-holster if not taking the holster off (we just take the holster off). A low price and highly ergonomic setup that is not a bad choice for EDC. This links to the model that fits Glock 19 and Walther PPS, but they have other sizes.

aliengear holsters [amazon store] [company website]
For those preferring the double-clip setups with ability to more customize retention and gun position, Aliengear holsters are a great choice for the discerning vegetarian lady or gentleman. They offer great holsters with synthetic inner materials and a kydex outer shell. By changing the screw positions and tension for the kydex on the inner material the cant, depth, and retention can be customized. Aliengear also has notoriously fantastic customer service. Strangely, they have some negative amazon reviews - we are unsure if this is due to changes in the newest non-leather designs, or due to some competitor shenanigans. We enjoyed using the first iteration of their non-leather holsters, but didn't wear them for extended times as needed to keep taking our holsters on/off for work (thus used the above single-clip for reasons above). That being said we didn't have any issues like those mentioned in the reviews, and would have kept using if not for the frequent taking on/off of the holster. If you're not in a rush ordering directly from the company might be better. Amazon is probably better if you want the holster faster as they appear Prime-listed as of this writing. We are not aware of any other concealed retention holsters like these in this price range.

Soft Stags Men's Reason Slip-On Loafer
While upgrading your shooting schwag, you may as well also pretend to be more respectable with these nice soft-stag shoes. Pros: profoundly comfortable, professional-appearing, murder-free materials. Potential cons: very mild fraying at seam edges noticed after a couple of weeks of use (further time will tell how they hold up). We've had other prior versions of professional soft-stags that held up great for years, but there appears to be some variation in the different model's construction.

5.11 TDU 1.5-Inch Belt
You're going to need a real belt to go along with your cruelty free holster. Don't be dissuaded from these just because they contain the word "tactical" and can be seen as an armament of mall cop oper8rs. 5.11 belts are a solid option with pros of being thick, strong, and simply-designed. They're constructed from heavy duty nylon webbing. If you alternatively get a thin or weak belt you may have problems with holster loops not gripping the belt appropriately while attempting to draw (with movement of the holster rather than the firearm), too much movement of the holster while just moving around, or reduced holster retention (depending on holster design). Cons: we prefer belts with set holes, as with these type of 5.11 belts it takes a bit of time getting the right tension each time you put them on. That being said, we haven't found equivalent belts with holes that are as sturdy, wide, and suffering-free (yet). The 5.11 belts are the best we currently know about.

Alchemy Goods Franklin Bifold Wallet
If you have any money left after getting the above setups (hopefully so given the reasonable pricing), and eschew the coming inevitable takeover of fiat currency by bitcoin, then consider one of these for your wallet fiat EDC (and unless you're in a particularly less tyrannical state you'll need something for your CCL). Courtesy of probable Seattle hipsters who were likely vegetarian before it was cool, these are made of "upcycled" bicycle rubber tubing (we also don't know what "upcycled" means, but hope it is a pun on the origins of the material). Despite the origin of materials, these are professional/classy appearing, with most people probably taking them for leather materials. After a few years our wallet had one stitch come out which turned up a very small piece of the wallets corner (~4mm), but otherwise the wallet appears as it did when first received. These appear more durable than their cruelty-laden counterparts.
